What can I say, I simply love the guys from
the Fray. I remember the first concert they were kind enough to let me photograph. They were playing a show at
Slims in San Francisco with
Mat Kearney and
Carey Brothers. Within a year of touring and making appearances at San Francisco's
Fillmore and
Warfield theatres they landed on the stage of the
Shoreline amphitheatre. Who does that? Who plays at Slims at the beginning of the year and a year later headlines at Shoreline?
Well, I wasn't able to photograph that first Shoreline concert as I was waterskiing at a friends bachelor party, but I had my chance back in August, and it was worth the wait. They played a great show. Thank you
